You can set up your Direct Debit online as well as over the phone or by post.
All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply when doing it online. No changes in the amount date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your bank account being debited.
In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit instruction at any time simply by contacting your bank or building society.
We can only set up a Direct Debit over the phone if you’re the bank account holder and only one signature is required to set up a Direct Debit Instruction from this account.
To continue with the application we will send a Direct Debit Mandate to you by post.
Once you have completed this please return it to the address provided on the Direct Debit Mandate.
