We feel it is vitally important for our customers to have their say on how we can improve our services. Working together we would like more of our customers to influence the way we do things and strive to deliver truly outstanding customer service in all that we do.
Flagship has developed a framework for involvement that we think really works for our customers. Our Customer Operations Group, a team of five customers, with skills that enable them to work with us at the heart of the organisation, holding us to account and influencing decisions made from the very top of the organisation.
We know it is also vitally important for all customers to have their say on how we deliver a better service.
